Police Comissioner Ken Fonte administers the oath of office for the position of Lieutenant with the Hickory Hills Police Department to Jason Bray during a July City Council Meeting. Lieutenant Bray began his career in 1997 and is a 17 year veteran of the Department. During his tenure with the department Officer Bray has held the position of: Tactical Officer / Juvenile Officer / Evidence Technician and Detective. As a Detective, Jason was assigned to the South Suburban Major Crimes Task Force as a Lead Homicide Investigator and was responsible for investigating homicides throughout southwest suburban Cook County. In 2007, Officer Bray was promoted to the rank of Sergeant and he was assigned to supervise the Investigation Division shortly thereafter. Sergeant Bray is a graduate of the highly acclaimed Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command.
