Chief Alan Vodicka presents Police Commissioner Robert Runowski with a plaque recognizing his eighteen years of service to the City as a member of the Board of Police and Fire Commission. Nineteen officers were hired and eight officers were promoted during Robert’s tenure on the Board. Robert will be retiring from his position in early 2016. Robert served the City with pride and distinction and performed his responsibilities in a highly professional manner.
